- what to do if your tumblr has fallen victim to the PHISHING ATTACKS?

1. change your password
2. log out of your tumblr
3. log back in
4. clean your cache/cookies in your browser of choice

that’s the only solution i’ve stumbled across.

- what not to do if you come across this window?

DON’T, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ENTER YOUR REAL EMAIL ADDRESS + PASSWORD. 

you can easily trick this phishing scam by entering made up email accounts and passwords, for instance if you enter “falalala@yahoo.com” + “djagdaksjdgak” it will tell you that you’re logged in and you’ll be able to see the tumblr. 

please reblog and make sure you or your friends don’t fall victims of this phishing attack.
